Our Kenya AA Ndaroini comes to us from the dedicated farmers of the Ndaroini Factory. Here, at an elevation of 1,700 meters, fully ripe cherries are handpicked and delivered with care. They're sorted again by hand, pulped, and soaked in fermentation tanks for a precise 24 hours.

The final touch? 14 to 21 days of slow, even drying on raised African beds, allowing each bean to develop its unique, complex character. This meticulous process is why you'll taste such a vibrant, clean cup with a sweetness that lingers.
