Roasted medium, this coffee is clean and smooth with strong overtones of blueberries and a hint of cherries. This complex, flavorful coffee will resonate across the entire palette. Guji is one of the zones of the Oromia Region of Southern Ethiopia known for producing some amazing natural coffees. This coffee tends to showcase some nice fruit-forward characteristics with a medium body. In the past, coffees from Guji had been sold in the Sidamo category, but since the quality is high and the profile is unique, we’re seeing these coffees separated from

This coffee never disappoints. It’s a great coffee with a background blueberry note. It reminds me a bit of a naturally processed coffee.

Pleasantly Surprised

We ordered this roast for a week long set of training in our building. The rich flavor and smooth profile of this roast was spectacular. When we do training again in the fall, I will likely order the same roast because everyone loved it so much. Beans seemed very fresh and aromatic and they arrived quickly.
