This coffee is sourced from APROCAFE, a cooperative of 35 small-scale producers committed to Fair Trade and ecological farming. Grown at elevations of up to 1200 meters, each bean undergoes a meticulous fully washed process, resulting in a cup with high acidity and sweetness, and a balanced body. The flavor profile features a delightful mix of milk chocolate, brown sugar, and black cherry.
