A pleasant mild/medium roast with a smooth taste. I did not think I would like it as much as Ethiopian Sidama, but I did . So far, I have loved my Just Love coffees. They taste full flavor without any bite. I will continue purchasing my coffee here . Also appreciate the write up descriptions and reviews- that is why I even tried African Skies.

Living in the caffeine-soaked Pacific Northwest, coffee is embedded in the culture. My love of fresh-roasted coffee began more than 30 years ago when I worked as a barista.
I've loved trying coffees from around the world, and at one point, even hired a coffee concierge to seek out fresh-roasted coffees from around the world for me to try to find just the right blend. Yes, I love coffee that much.
Just Love Coffee's African Skies is hands down the best coffee I've ever had. Occasionally, I'll try a different roast to see if my tastes have changed. But after more than a decade, I always come back to African Skies.
